1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized packaging that has been tailored to your specific needs.
  • Discounted or sale items, unless the product is defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method, as Next Digital LLC cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong items).

4. Exchanges

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will need to provide:

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items.
